L'atelier d'écriture littéraire : analyse du dispositif et de ses effets à partir d'expérimentations sur divers terrains

If I remember my first years of teaching, I can find the path of theoretical commitment that led me to this thesis. As a French teacher, from the beginning of my career I have given a lot of importance to writing - which was still called "writing". So, at the end of the 80s, I logically joined the research group in didactics of writing gathered around Claudette Oriol-Boyer. Comparing then the way I was driving, at the beginning of my career, the writing of my learners and that of which I am doing now, I could see in what the theories of the Text Workshop and the device of the writing workshop, which I was initiated, have profoundly modified my practices. This change is in the sense of an improvement, a sign of greater effectiveness of my professional gesture, I will identify the major elements to offer to other teachers in trainingSi je me remémore mes premières années d’enseignement, je peux retrouver le chemin de l’engagement théorique qui m’a amenée à ce travail de thèse. Professeur de français, j’ai dès le début de ma carrière accordé beaucoup d’importance à l’écriture -que l’on appelait encore « la rédaction ». Ainsi, à la fin des années 80, j’ai logiquement rejoint le groupe de recherche en didactique de l’écriture réuni autour de Claudette Oriol-Boyer. En comparant alors la façon dont je conduisais, au début de ma carrière, l’écriture de mes apprenants et celle dont je le fais actuellement, j’ai pu voir en quoi les théories de l’Atelier du Texte et le dispositif de l’atelier d’écriture, auxquels j’ai été initiée, ont profondément modifié mes pratiques. Cette modification allant dans le sens d’une amélioration, signe d’une meilleure efficacité de mon geste professionnel, j’en dégagerai les éléments majeurs pour les proposer à d’autres enseignants en formation
