Microscope calibration using laser written fluorescence (dataset)

Microscopy image data composed of two zip files: SIM_image_data.zip contains 222 .TIF files that form an image stack. As the sample is very sparse, most of these appear blank. The files format has been chosen to be as universally accessible as possible. Loading these files into (freely available) ImageJ for example will allow the 3D sample data to be examined. The second file is confocal_image_data.zip and contains three folders corresponding to 3 different samples containing very similar (and equally sparse) data.The article associated with this dataset is located in ORE at: http://hdl.handle.net/10871/33695This is the dataset used for the Corbett et al.
