Microscopy image data composed of two zip files: SIM_image_data.zip contains 222 .TIF files that form an image stack. As the sample is very sparse, most of these appear blank. The files format has been chosen to be as universally accessible as possible. Loading these files into (freely available) ImageJ for example will allow the 3D sample data to be examined.
