This paper intends to clarify the impact of 'Shared Value' on the participation of private companies in the public educational services by the questionnaire survey to corporate members of Japan Federation of Economic Organizations. Since the 1980's, the participation of private companies in the public educational service in Japan has been diversified and increased. These participation has been conducted by two types, the core services of public education as business, and the non-core services as non-business. This difference is derived from a mindset among educational administrative organizations that private companies shouldn't make profit in the public educational services.
