Civil and Patriotic Attitudes of the Belarusian Youth (on the Materials of a Sociological Survey Conducted in the Mogilevskaya Region)

On the basis of the results of a sociological survey conducted in the Mogilevskaya region, the features of the civic stand of young people and their patriotic attitudes are examined. The attitude to the rights and duties of the citizen, features of patriotic self-identification is revealed. The migratory moods of young people have been studied. Migration is a fairly widespread youth problem, which has demographic, social, cultural and economic consequences. No less serious results can be just installation for leaving the country, which, perhaps, leaving and will not happen, but it forms social and psychological instability, the feeling of being temporarily in their country, not building far-reaching plans. It is studied how young people see the possibilities of manifestation of political activity, their ability to influence the main directions of the sociopolitical life of the country.На основе результатов социологического исследования, проведенного в Могилевской области, рассматриваются особенности гражданской позиции молодежи, ее патриотические установки. Выявлено отношение к правам и обязанностям гражданина, особенности патриотической самоидентификации. Изучены миграционные настроения молодых людей. Миграция является достаточно распространенной молодежной проблемой, имеющей демографические, социальные, культурные и экономические последствия. Не менее серьезные результаты могут иметь и просто установки на выезд из страны, которые, возможно, отъездом и не закончатся, но это формирует социально-психологическую неустойчивость, ощущение себя находящимся временно в своей стране, не строящим далеко идущих планов. Изучено, как молодежь видит возможности проявления политической активности, свои способности оказывать влияние на основные направления общественно-политической жизни страны
