State Support of Social Initiatives in Solving the Problems of Family, Maternity, Paternity and Childhood (Analysis of the Results of the 2017 Prezident Grant Competition)

The report analyzes the results of the campaign to support social initiatives of the Sverdlovsk Oblast NGO NGOs that have announced their social projects and received grants from the Foundation for the Operator of Presidential Grants for Civil Society Development in 2017 in the area of “Support for the Family, Motherhood, Paternity and Childhood”. The authors singled out the characteristics of social initiatives in this direction, identified key problems in the development of the third sector in the region-the localization of social projects in the regional center and large cities, the exclusion of volunteer participation from the resources of regional NGOs.В докладе проанализированы итоги кампании по поддержке социальных инициатив СО НКО Свердловской области, заявивших свои социальные проекты и получивших гранты Фонда-оператора президентских грантов по развитию гражданского общества в 2017 году по направлению «Поддержка семьи, материнства, отцовства и детства». Авторами выделены характеристики социальных инициатив в этом направлении, выявлены ключевые проблемы в развитии третьего сектора в регионе – локализация социальных проектов в региональном центре и крупных городах, исключение добровольческого участия населения из ресурсов региональных НКО.Статья выполнена при поддержке РГНФ, проект № 16-03-00016
