<p>We present the first unbiased ALMA survey of both dust and gas in a large sample of protoplanetary disks. We surveyed ~100 sources in the nearby (150-200 pc), young (1-2 Myr) Lupus region to constrain M_dust to ~2 M_Mars and M_gas to ~1 M_Jup. Most disks have masses < MMSN and gas-to-dust ratios < ISM. Such rapid gas depletion may explain the prevalence of super-Earths in the exoplanet population.</p
