<p>This data set provides the detailed information of total identified proteins in <em>P. cathayana </em>males and females under UV-B radiation in our experiment. To investigate the changes in the protein profiles in response to solar UV-B radiation, proteins were extracted from the poplar leaves and analyzed using an iTRAQ-based shotgun proteomics strategy.</p
