On building systems and improvement of activity of the state system of civil protection of Ukraine

<p>In the article, based on world trends in the development of the civil defense, the approaches to building and organizing the activities of a unified state system of civil protection of Ukraine in the conditions of modern threats have been explored and outlined. The measures are proposed to improve the procedure for the implementation of the functions of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations as a central executive body for civil protection.
