Improvement of the forms and methods of motivation of students for physical education and sports during studies in the university

<p>In this article an analysis of actual forms and means of motivation of students for physical education and sports. Besides this, one of the reasons for low motor activity was found, namely, the lack of an optimal motivational complex.</p> <p>It is proved that one of the main factors of the process of physical education is to provide the optimal theoretical and methodological and practical training.
