State regulation in the provision of the rights of children for healthcare

<p>The general state of the state regulation of the children's right to health protection at the present stage of development of Ukraine is investigated. It was noted that the issues of health care of children, realization of their rights to use health care services, means of treatment and restoration of health and ensuring the availability of such services for each child are reflected in the Constitution of Ukraine, the Fundamentals of the Ukrainian legislation on health care , in the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine, the Family Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine.
