ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROINTEGRATION EDUCATIONAL REFORMS

<p>The article substantiates the strategic priority tasks of<br> reforming the system of higher education in Ukraine; The present<br> state of the national higher professional education and its task are<br> highlighted; the principles of modern European education are<br> highlighted; Components and functions of educational process<br> organization in higher education institutions; attention is paid to<br> the development of professional pedagogical skills of pedagogical<br> workers, increase their level of readiness to use personal<br> development and information and communication technologies,<br> electronic teaching aids, information and analytical systems for</p> <p>students; the recommendations of the European Higher Education<br> Area regarding the development of higher education in the EU<br> countries are substantiated. The author emphasizes that one of the<br> main principles of modern European education, which is<br> responsible for the qualitative aspect of training and acquisition of<br> professional competencies, is the mobility of students and teachers.<br> The author points out that the influence of integration processes,<br> the growing role of globalization, is the need to use international<br> educational standards in the field of education. Reforming the<br> system of higher education, creating favorable conditions for the<br> development of a person throughout his life, in particular, his<br> professional growth, is the key to the development of national<br> intellectual potential.<br> Strategic priorities for reforming the system of higher<br> education in Ukraine are: the construction of a national education<br> system, the formation of an educated creative personality, ensuring<br> the priority development of man; functioning and development of<br> the national education system based on the principles of humanism,<br> democracy, the priority of social and spiritual values; the output of<br> the education system in Ukraine on the level of educational systems<br> in developed countries by radically reforming its conceptual,<br> structural and organizational foundations.
