The effect of Butaprost on nephrin and podocin expression in TGF-β1 treated podocytes.

<p>Podocytes were pretreated with 10^-5mol/L of Butaprost for 30 min and then treated with 5 ng/ml TGF-β1 for 24 h. Nephrin and podocin were determined at the mRNA and protein level (n = 6 each).(A:RT-qPCR, B: Western blot). ^aP<0.05 compared to the control group, ^bP<0.05 compared to the TGF-β1 group. ^cP<0.05 compared to the control+ Butaprost group.
