HPV58 E7-specific T-cell response to the candidate peptides in HLA-A2 (+) human PBMC as measured by IFN-γ ELISPOT

<p>IFN-γ-positive spots were detected in the PHA (the positive control), P2 and P4 groups, whereas other experimental groups and the two negative control groups (negative control peptide group and PBS group) exhibited no or few spots formation (Figure 1). The average numbers of IFN-γ-positive spots in the PHA, P2 and P4 groups were 737± 17.54 spot-forming cells (SFC)/1×10⁵, 50.61 ± 5.37 SFC/1×10⁵, 266±34.42 SFC/1×10⁵, <strong>respectively</strong>.
