IFNλR signaling does not influence mCMV-specific T cell responses <i>in vivo</i>.

<p>mCMV-derived peptide-specific CD8⁺ (A&C) and CD4⁺ (B&D) T cell responses in WT and <i>Ifnλr1</i>^<i>-/-</i> mice infected for 7 (A&B) or 26 (C&D) days were quantified <i>ex vivo</i> following peptide re-stimulation. Mean + SEM of 6–7 mice/group is shown and represent 2–3 experiments. Statistical significance was tested using an unpaired student’s T-test.
