Differential expression of <i>copa</i> mRNA in goldfish tissues.

<p>Real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) was used to quantify the level of <i>copa</i> mRNA expression in each tissue. The mRNA expression detected was normalized to <i>β-actin</i> and represented relative to the brain (tissue with the highest expression). Data are presented as mean + SEM (n = 6 fish).
