<p>The significant pathways: “p53” (A) and “cell cycle” (B) of regulated genes are demonstrated. Differentially expressed genes belonging to these pathways were assigned to a predetermined colour scale, which was subsequently imposed on the gene/protein symbol field (left third for ChiPS vs HC, middle third for ChiPS vs ACC, right third for ChiPS vs GPCCi001-A). The green and red colors indicate, respectively, upregulated and downregulated gene expression in the relevant comparisons.</p
