Principal component analysis (PCA) performed on 19 bioclimatic variables extracted from the Worldclim database for 10 wild annatto (<i>Bixa orellana</i> var. <i>urucurana</i>) populations sampled and 174 presence-only records from online databases.

<p>Colors are according to the Structure analysis at <i>K</i> = 3 and online databases: Pink = South Rondônia accessions; Blue = Central Rondônia accessions; Green = accessions from the states of Pará and Roraima; and Gray = online databases occurrences.
