Immune cell populations within the PPs from vehicle and oxaliplatin-treated mice.

<p>A series of gating strategies were used to identify immune cell populations within the PPs: macrophages (F4/80⁺ MHC-II⁺); dendritic cells (CD11c⁺ MHC-II⁺); eosinophils (CD11B⁺ MHC-II^- Gr-1⁺ CD193⁺ and CD11B⁺ MHC-II⁺ Gr-1⁺ CD193⁺); NK cells (CD49b⁺ TCR^-); γδ T cells (γδ-TCR⁺ TCRβ^-); B cells (CD45⁺ TCRβ^- B220⁺); CD4⁺ T cells (CD4⁺ TCR⁺); CD8⁺ T cells (CD8⁺ TCR⁺); NKT cells (CD1d α-Galcer tetramer⁺ TCR⁺). No significant differences were observed in any immune cell types within PPs <b>(A-I)</b>, n = 5/group.
