<p>This was performed by placing ROIs in six areas: thalamus, posterior limb of the internal capsule, putamen, caudate nucleus, genu of the corpus callosum, and frontal white matter in an axial slice parallel to the bi-commissural plane as shown. Another ROI in the parietal white matter was traced in a different axial slice.
