The design and fabrication of noble-free metal electrocatalysts for efficient hydrogen production with long-term stability are of great significance, but very challenging. Herein, for the first time, we report an iron phosphide/molybdenum phosphide hybrid covered by nitrogen/phosphorus dual-doped carbon (FeP/MoP@NPC) using polyoxometalate-based metal-organic frameworksas templates by a facile two-step approach.
