The bifenazate resistant Tetranychus urticae koch strains: BL2 and Wasatch were crossed to generate resistant and susceptible F1 crossings. The crossings and parental strains were tested for acequinocyl resistance. This was done by determining the LC<sub>50</sub> values. <br><br>The average mortality per concentration per strain and crossing was put in a graph and compared to determine if the resistance was maternally inherited.<br><br>Cytochrome b of BL2 mites was sequenced to find 2 mutations causing bifenazate resistance and cross-resistance to acequinocyl: G126S and A133T
