Simulated grazing incidence X-ray scattering (GIXS) program for particles in a cubic box. This program was written so that structures predicted with molecular dynamics could be compared to structures seen experimentally. A full description of the code implementation can be found in the publication: Computationally connecting organic photovoltaic performance to atomistic arrangements and bulk morphology. Additional information and code can be found at the research group's Bitbucket repository. </p
