The effect of dsRNA on expression of Cpx in the IVM-susceptible strain and the effect of Cpx knockdown on IVM resistance.

<p>(A) Cpx mRNA levels were quantified by qRT-PCR in 72 hours of injection of dsRNA Cpx or pQE30 (control). The change in mRNA levels in the ds-RNA Cpx were calculated relative to controls.
