Peran Jaksa Penuntut Umum Dalam Proses Penanganan Tindak Pidana Narkotika (Studi Kasus Penuntutan Perkara Pidana Narkotika di Kejaksaan Negeri Sukoharjo)

The rise of narcotics abuse not looking at age, either from teenagers to adults. Abuse and circulation of narcotics is not a new thing in Indonesia. Narcotics crime is a form of violation of law and violation of social norms that have existed since a long time and it is very difficult for a country to eradicate it. The problem in this research is how the role of public prosecutor in the process of handling narcotics crime. The method used in this research is normative research.
