This study aims to examinethe effect of organizational culture on employee performance with motivation as intermediate variable. This research data obtained from the method of data presentation of the responses of respondents (by the method of questionnaire) with techique purposive sampling, and other research results with the object under study. Statistical analysis used in this research path analysis using SPSS program. Population in this research is employees at PT. Naga Bhuana Aneka Piranti Wonogiri Regency.
