The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style variables and organizational commitment variable on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research with Likert scale. This study used 85 respondents from 110 employees with sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis test with t test indicated that each independent variable have positive and significant effect to employee performance. The last test with determinant test (R2), shows the result of R2 equal to 0.379.
