Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Go Public di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance to Firm Value. In this study GCG proxied by the size of the Board of Commissioners and Audit Committees, Financial Performance proxied by ROA and Firm Value proxied by Tobin’s Q. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange for six years by using purposive sampling method, used in this research amounted 30 samples. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the Audit Committee and ROA have an influence on Firm Value while the size of the Board of Commissioners and CSR have no effect on Firm Value. All independent variables explain the effect on Firm Value of 47,5%
