The purpose of this research is (1) to know the students who have difficulty to learn to read, (2) to describe the steps of implementation of guidance service, (3) to know the result after giving counseling service, (4) to know the obstacles faced during service implementation guidance, and (5) to find out the solution given in overcoming these obstacles. The type of research used is qualitative research with case study design. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation.
