Penanaman Karakter Disiplin Melalui Kegiatan Patroli Keamanan Sekolah di SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018

This study aims to describe the planting of discipline character at SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo, knowing the description of PKS in SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo and describe the planting of discipline character through PKS activity in SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. This study uses a qualitative approach so that data collection is done by using the method of observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that 1) planting the character of discipline in SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo has gone well. The form of disciplinary character building in SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo is through reprimands, appeals, sanctions, and through activities outside or inside the classroom as well as from student organizations such as OSIS and PKS; 2) The PKS in SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo is an organization of student activities whose members contain students of OSIS and Dewan school. The frequent training activities of PKS SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo are exercises, coordination with fellow organizations, searching and discussing PKS materials together, PBB, practicing using whistle, 12 movement of traffic arrangement, traffic order, traffic sign and socialization; 3) the planting of discipline character through PKS activities at SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo can be obtained from the morning crossing activity and traffic arrangement in the school environment and through activities exercises by using the strategy of appeal or direction, habituation and self awareness
