The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between work conflict with employee performance. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a negative relationship between work conflict with employee performance. Subjects in this research are employees of staff PT. Indonesian Telecommunication, tbk. Areas Surakarta. The number of subjects in this research were 50 employees with purposive sampling sampling method. Research method using quantitative method. Data analysis used non parametric kendall's correlation technique.
