Analisis Struktur Modal Dan Devidend Payout Ratio Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2012-2016)

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure and dividend payout ratio To Company Value. The sample in this study amounted to 33 manufacturing companies during the period 2012-2016. Sampling technique in this research is done by purposive sampling. Independent variables in this study are dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER), and equity while the dependent variable in this study is the company value proxied by TobinsQ. The analysis in this research using multiple linear regression which is done by testing the classical assumption first. The result of the research shows that dividend policy has no significant effect to firm value, while for debt and equity policy variable have positive significant effect to firm value, it means that the influence of two positive variables can increase the value of company in the manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange
