Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi pada Kasus Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) dengan Modalitas Massage Therapy dan Play Therapy di Pusat Layanan Autism Sragen

Background: One of the most frequently studied conditions in the field of mental health today is the autism spectrum disorder (ASD). One of the most controversial topics in relation to this population is the prevalence of the spectrum. The number of cases increases dramatically, and various hypotheses have been proposed to explain this phenomenon. Objective: To know the influence of play therapy method against ASD child. Result: After doing the therapy action as much as 6 times, the result of the evaluation is experiencing a rough motor increase with PEP-R value from 1 to 2. The PEP-R examination was performed with an observation of the child's developmental ability and the assessment at the end of the session. Given the results of a rough motor examination of the change from T1 and T2: 1 (failed) to T3: 2 (half succeed), T4 there is a decrease to 1 then T5 and T6 there is an increase to 2, where the child can perform rough motor examination with half succeed. 2 Conclusion: Giving modalities massage therapy and play therapy can increase the gross motor is the balance in children with autism
