Aim: To identify the drug related problems among Lithuanian community pharmacy patients. Methods: 620 patients of the random selected community pharmacy were chosen for medication review during the period 2017 June – August. All together they had 1634 third form (with compensation) and 1156 first form (without compensation) prescriptions and also 434 non-prescription (self-medication) items.
