The paper aims to analyze links between the effi ciency of motivation tools and the fi nancial situation of companies from food industry. It argues that selection of effi cient incentives infl uences the level of employees’ motivation. The better motivation effects with higher effectiveness of their work, which in return infl uences the improvement of fi nancial condition of a company. The analysis have been made on the example of companies from food industry that are operating in Siedlce district
