Prognosis indicato that the amount of municipal waste in Poland (especially in cities) is growing rapidly and many soon exeed the European average. Communal wastes in our country are far from typical waste European Union, so the way to deal with them should be adapted to local conditions. In Poland, the main law order the subject related to waste management is the Act from April 2001, with an emphasis is the hierarchical set of activities, namely: prevention, removal and utilization of waste for storage and disposal included.
