MasterThe purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the success of smartphone-based mobile banking service. To this end, the study reviews previous studies related to information systems success model. It also proposes a modified model for an empirical research, based on DeLone & McLean's model and tests how external factors can impact user satisfaction and intention to use. After collecting survey data of 163 respondents who have experience with smartphone-based mobile banking, the data were analyzed with structural equation modeling.
