International audienceIn addition to the production areas of timber and biodiversity conservation, forest management of large concessions in Gabon also includes agroforestry series occupied by rural communities. Although "recognized" as an integrated territorial domain in the dealer's planning documents, the process of demarcation of village territories remains the fruit of decisions and individual actions at the initiative of the forest operator. This article discusses how from satellite images and a spatial analysis conducted in consultation with local stakeholders (forest and rural communities), a co-constructed zoning can reduce the risk of conflict activities and forest degradation. The resulting methodological proposal is based on the case of local communities in Guietsou, forest management unit of the Wood Company of Gabon (CBG), in the southwest of Gabon. Quoique " reconnu " comme domaine territorial intégré dans les documents d'aménagement du concessionnaire, le processus de délimitation des territoires villageois reste le fruit de décisions et d'actions individuelles à l'initiative de l'opérateur forestier. Cet article présente comment à partir d'images de satellites et d'une analyse spatiale menée en concertation avec les acteurs locaux (forestiers et communautés rurales), un zonage co-construit peut réduire les risques de conflits d'activités et de dégradation des forêts. La proposition méthodologique qui en résulte s'appuie sur le cas l'unité forestière d'aménagement de Mandji, au Sud-Est du Gabon, Compagnie des Bois du Gabon (CBG), au sud-ouest du Gabon. Le principal résultat consiste à exposer les étapes de l'approche participative de délimitation des territoires forestiers en partage avec les communautés locales
