International audienceAdrenocortical carcinoma is a rare neoplasm with a poor prognosis. Very important advances have been made in the identification of the genetic determinants of adrenocortical carcinoma pathogenesis but our understanding is still limited about the mechanisms that determine cancer spread and metastasis.
