International audienceIn order to guarantee the energy performance of buildings, assessing the energy consumption under real conditions of usage is a new challenge. In newly built houses as positive-energy buildings, the occupant's behaviour is known to be a very important factor for the building's performance. Moreover, evaluating summer comfort in these buildings is also a new issue. In this paper, an approach based on uncertainty and sensitivity analyses (RBD-FAST method) is presented and evaluates the summer performance of a building according to different realistic occupant's behaviour.
