USIU-Africa has for the past 24 years celebrated the Black History Month with a series of forums and events scheduled on different days of the month of February. This year, the institution marked the celebrations with an official launch ceremony on 3rd February under the theme; The impact of independence in Kenya: The changing lifestyle of the Kenyan people.
