TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA AND THE WORLD

This article presents a comparative analysis of trends in the development of green building in foreign countries and in Russia. The domestic market of green building is immature, as its development began relatively recently, however, according to the experts of the Russian Council for Environmental Construction, the gap between Russia and the rest of the world from the point of view of the application of green technologies in construction is declining every year. The use of such technologies of eco-development as energy saving in construction is fundamentally important for the development of the Russian economy, where energy consumption per capita is more than 3 times higher than in the EU countries, and 2 times higher than in the US.В данной статье приведен сравнительный анализ тенденций развития экостроительства в зарубежных странах и в России. Отечественный рынок экостроительства является незрелым, так как развитие его началось сравнительно недавно, однако, по мнениям экспертов российского Совета по экологическому строительству, разрыв между Россией и остальным миром с точки зрения применения зеленых технологий в строительстве ежегодно сокращается. Применение таких технологий экодевелопмента как энергосбережение в строительстве принципиально важно для развития экономики России, где потребление энергии на душу населения более чем в 3 раза выше, чем в странах Евросоюза, и в 2 раза выше, чем в США
