Some antivertiginous drugs are undoubtly helpful in improving or eliminating dizziness in patients with vestibular disorders. Drug therapy is essentially symptomatic and the available data suggest that the ideal doses of the medications, their precise indications, advantages and disadvantages have not been established. This, however, does not indicate that drug therapy is unimportant. In fact, several patients obtain quick and pronounced improvement of vertigo :md associated symptoms through the use of anti-vertigo substances.
