Teacher's personality and preparedness for teaching profession

The title of this theoretical bachelor thesis is the Teacher's Personality and Preparedness for Teaching Profession. The aim of the work is to characterise educational profession in the contexts of current discourse about education and social expectations concerning educational profession. The work deals with chosen demands on the educational profession and overall situation regarding pedagogical preparation of future teachers. In the work, I focus mainly on the qualities of teachers because the importance of the quality of education in society increases. The work explains the term personality and a question by which it is possible to form the teacher's personality.
