In this paper the analysis of effect of eccentricity and broken rotor bar faults on the spectrums of current and magnetic flux density outside the motor are presented. The behavior and origination of characteristic frequencies is presented and analysed. The results are presented in the form of figures illustrating the advantages of analysed diagnosis methods
