This research is perposed to determine the role of psychological capital and job statisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to the member of Polri in DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). The participan of this research is 194(N=194) member of Polri in DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). Random sampling is used as the sampling technique. Instrument of data collection ini this research is using a scale of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), a scale psychological capital, and a scale of job statisfaction. The analysis method of this research is using multiple regression path analysis.
