The operation of small-scale businesses has become increasingly important in New Zealand within the past decade. Several government programs have led to a push towards self-owned entrepreneurial endeavours throughout the country. One of these small businesses, is in Hamilton, New Zealand. After observations, it was noted that there was an extreme need for a new strategic approach to increase the customer base at SPP which would lead to an eventual increase in profit.
