Kontribusi Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar di SMK Muhammadiyah Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018

The aims of this research are: 1) To know the contribution of motivation to teacher performance. 2) To know the contribution of job satisfaction to teacher performance. 3) To know motivation and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative assosiative. The population in this study is the teacher of SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Surakarta which amounted to 140. Samples were taken 103 teachers with proportional random sampling. Data obtained through questionnaire and documentation. The techniques for analyzing data are multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, R2, relative donation and effective contribution. Based on the result of data analysis obtained by equation of double linear regression as follows: Y = 5,559 + 0,512 X1 + 0,725 X2. The equation shows that the teacher performance is influenced by motivation and job satisfaction. Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded that: (1) There is a contribution of motivation to teacher performance. It is based on double linear regression analysis (t test) known that tcount> ttable, 2,311> 2,00 and significance value ttable, 7,613> 2,00 and significance value Ftable, that is 29.000> 1,48 and significance value
