The results of numerical simulation of ignition limits of mixtures of normal heptane, isooctane and the flame front of a spark ignition engine in the phase plane of the frequency of rotation - the ignition angle when varying the compression ratio and the excess air ratio is offered. The proposed mathematical model and a detailed kinetic mechanism satisfactorily describe the process of spontaneous combustion mixture and can be used to predict the limits of a knock or detonation engines. The existence of the peninsula ignition mixture in said phase plane is proved.
