The standardization of Long Term Evolution?Advanced (LTE?Advanced) is based on orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) and multiple?input multiple?output (MIMO) technologies. In OFDMA, inter?cell interference (ICI) is inevitable and causes performance degradation of user equipments (UE) in cell edge region. When the influence of ICI is severe, the effect of imperfect channel state information (CSI) is also intensified in a MIMO receiver.
