In this study, a comparative analysis on the food satisfaction of the locals and tourists was conducted with the Korean restaurants in Barcelona to understand their status and the characteristics of the locals and tourists who use these restaurants. The study was carried out based on the interviews conducted with the operators or managers who operate the Korean restaurants in Barcelona and satisfaction survey conducted with the customers who use the Korean restaurants there.
